We will help you move your meeting or event from in person to virtual over Zoom. This includes walking you through the decisions that will make your event come off smoothly and professionally:
-
Do I need Zoom Meeting or Zoom Webinar?
-
Will there be breakout rooms? Will slides, videos, or music be presented?
-
Is there a need to conduct polls? Is registration required?
-
Who should be spotlighted and when?
We prepare a detailed Run of Show and manage all behind-the-scenes operations so your organization can concentrate on the content you want to present.

Classroom Instruction
Sometimes you just want an overview of a particular subject to know where to start. We offer classes on topics including:
-
Mobile Devices
-
Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
-
Technology Security
We partner with senior communities and other groups to bring classes on site at a very reasonable cost per participant.
On-Site Support
Some issues are better resolved face-to-face. We can send a trainer to your home or office to set up your device(s) and show you how to use them. These one-on-one sessions are reasonably priced and incredibly effective. We can help with issues relating to your Macs, PCs, tablets, streaming devices, iPhone and Android cell phones and more.
Telephone/Remote Support
Many questions can be quickly resolved with a phone call to our knowledgeable representatives. We can optionally employ software that lets us remotely view your computer (with your permission, of course!) to aid in solving problems. Telephone/remote support is the most cost effective option for getting support.

Today's computers, tablets and smartphones are more powerful than ever, yet constantly being replaced by newer technologies boasting never before seen capabilities. Keeping abreast of the latest developments can be overwhelming.
-
How do I know which device is right for me?

Am I getting the most out of the device(s) I have?
-
I keep hearing about [new technology]. What is that all about?
We can help you make sense of these and other questions in a safe, comfortable and fun learning environment. It does not matter if you are a technophobe, consider yourself rather sophisticated when it comes to technology or fall anywhere in between. Our trainers and representatives are knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic about sharing what they know.
